The Ten Facts:

1) Millicent was sorted into Gryffindor and got into a large fight on only the second day of term. She sent the other girl to the hospital wing and had detention for a month. Reason for the smack-down? The other girl called her a bad name.

2) Millicent is a muggle-born and has GREAT pride in this. She has a slight prejudice towards purebloods for the ways she was treated by them over the years. This has the potential to grow, of course.

3) She has a secret love for classical music and the opera. It was the only thing she was able to bond with her father. It is still very bittersweet for her.

4) Millie does not show emotions - end of story, not even anger, unless she is pissed beyond all reason. She believes that showing emotion will only give others some sort of hold over her. Showing nothing keeps people guessing and wondering.

5) The Bagnolds have been high up in the Ministry since the Ministry of Magic began. All Millie heard about as a child was about the Ministry, so she knows it inside and out. She knows better than you, save your breath for someone that actually cares what you think.

6) Millicent is VERY anal about being on time. If someone is late, Merlin help you because she will rip you another one.

7) She highly dislikes anything that is too sweet and prefers things that have a more bitter or spicy taste. Therefore, she is not a fan of chocolates or other sweets. The only sweet she can half-way stand is ice cream and again that is rare for her to eat.

8) Something she does love and is quite addicted to is -- coffee. She has to have at least three cups daily and do not even think of talking to her before she has had her first cup. She is not pleasant in the morning. She does not hit her stride until at least 1pm and even then she could not be called sunshine.

9) Another thing that is very important to know about Millie is that she does not believe in love - at all. She believes it is some fanciful notion that others use to try and make life seem less alone and scary. She has never been in love and does not want that to change. She is fine on her own and does not need anyone, thank you very much.

10) Millie is married - to her work. She loves every single detail about it - minus some of the people. She spends many late nights and gets roughly about four hours of sleep because she is constantly working. She is a hardcore perfectionist and has no problems telling someone to do something over because it is not up to her standards. She has a reputation to keep and if people do not like her - she does not give a damn. What she cares about is doing a good job and keeping everything in balance. She does care about the people and that is what makes her a brilliant Minister. She just shows it in different and subtle ways - not her fault others cannot pick up on it.
